Our Audience is Listening SpeechTEK 2012 won't be here until August but we're already starting to plan the programming and we need your proposals! The call for speakers is now open and the submission deadline is Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Today's unprecedented growth in the adoption of smart phones and tablets along with the ubiquity of high speed wireless connections have vastly increased the possibilities for building more sophisticated and meaningful customer interactions. That's why SpeechTEK 2012 will expand its focus to include smart phone and tablet applications. Truly innovative customer interactions do not stop with smart phone, tablet, and IVR applications, but integrate an organization's entire customer communication strategy. IVR and smart phone applications should provide the customer easy access to live agents for extra help and allow the customer to interact across channels without starting from scratch each time.
